Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia

Hogar Teresa de los Andes Orphanage

Established by a former nun in 1989, Hogar Teresa de los Andes orphanage  is now housing 108 physically and/or mentally disabled abandoned orphan children in two locations of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. They would be happy to expand and accept more special need orphans and abandoned children. However, due to their limited budget and financial hardships they can barely provide necessary support to the children they are already taking care of. Some of the staff members do not get paid for months continuing their kind hard work on a volunteering basis.

Brighter Living Humanity in collaboration with Hogar Teresa de los Andes orphanage helps provide disabled abandoned orphan children living there with meals, clothing, blankets, housing, personal special care, medical care and other essentials.

One of the best ways to help us is by spreading the word about what we do and why it is important. You can make a repost of our fundraisers on social media like Facebook, Instagram etc.

You can also start a personal fundraising page, organize a fundraising party, 'donate' your birthday or other event; and/or add a link to our website, Facebook or Instagram to your social media profile. Every little bit of help makes a huge difference!

If you would like to volunteer to spend your time with orphan children in Bolivia, organize birthday parties for them and other events, please contact us and we will connect you with local volunteers in the area.

Together we can help more disabled abandoned orphan kids in Bolivia!
