The best preparation for your medicine plants' retreat is to eat healthy, exercise and avoid the use of drugs and alcohol. Eat plenty of fruit and lightly cooked or raw vegetables. The more cleansed your physical body is when you arrive the more gentle, deeper and productive your ceremonies will be leading to more profound results.

DIET DURING THE RETREAT

During the retreat participants will only be having dietary food like rice, fish, peas, plantains - without salt, sugar or spices. Eating a simple and clean diet without processed sugar or heavily fried food, prepares your body to be in a vibration that helps you to connect more easily with the energy of plant spirits and have a more gentle and pleasant experience.

A cook, interpreter and other staff members will be on site at all times. Participants cannot take certain medications until the retreat is over. Please let us know if you take any medications, supplements, or have dietary preferences.
